Frequently Asked Questions

• I can not place an order under $10 - why?
  Our online store has a minimum order amount of $10. We do not accept orders under $10.00. That is before tax, any shipping or promotional codes.



• Do you have a store in my area?
  We are an online catalog and do not have retail locations.



• I forget to use my promo code at checkout. Can you fix that?
  We are not able to apply promo codes to an existing order. If the order has not been processed, it can be cancelled. You can then submit a new order using your promo code.



• Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
  Once your order has been sent to the warehouse for packing, it can not be changed or canceled. Sometimes this can be as little as few minutes after receiving your order. Please contact us immediately to see if this is the case.



• Can I add to my order once it has been placed?
  Possibly, please contact us immediately to see if this is the case.



• Can I ship items in my shopping cart to multiple addresses?
  Not at this time. Only one shipping address per order. Each additional shipping address must be on a separate order.



• Can I ship to separate addresses and still receive a multiple item quantity discount?
  Sorry, quantity discounts such as 2 for, 3 for, etc. must be shipped to the same address.



• Do you have a printed catalog?
  Not at this time. Check our website for a complete product listing.



• Do you sell wholesale?
  Olive Barn is a retail store and does not sell wholesale.



• I live in Houston. Can I pickup my order?
  No. All orders must be shipped. Customer pickup is not available.



• I can't add more than one item to my shopping cart? Our shopping cart is hosted by Yahoo! and requires third party cookies to be enabled. Click here for solution.



• I heard your Outlet Store closed. What happened?
  Our only retail location and outlet closed on June 30, 2010. All future orders must be made online. We've made a decision to focus on what we do best; operate an online sustainable living garden store. We are literally getting back to our roots.
