Is my order in stock? Items in our central warehouse for immediate shipping are indicated with actual quantity on hand in the "In Stock" column. If an item is listed with a ZERO (0) quantity in the "In Stock" column, it is out of stock. You can not order items with a zero quantity. Items with an empty or blank "In Stock" quantity (without displaying a ZERO or number) indicate the item is shipped directly from the manufacturer and will ship in the time frame indicated on the item page. It also may indicate that an item is back-ordered but is due very soon and can be ordered. In this case, you can order it now and we will ship it when it arrives. Additional shipping charges may apply if we have to ship orders in more than one shipment due to ordering items on back-order. If you want your order held until all items are available, just let us know by entering that in the comments section during checkout. We will contact you regarding any OUT OF STOCK items with availability and expected shipping date as soon as possible. Need an item delivered by a certain date? Please enter that date in the "receive by date" field on the bottom of your checkout page and we will contact you if your shipping method selected will not meet that date.
