We so confident in our products, that effective 10/31/2006, we have doubled our return and exchange period from 30 days to 60 days. If you are not satisfied with your order** for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 60 days of receipt of your merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping charges you paid. Our return rate is an amazing low (.25%) that is just one quarter of 1% of our total number of orders.
What if my item is damaged? If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and include your order number.
IMPORTANT: You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number before returning any merchandise to us - as some items come from different warehouse locations. Items sent to us without a Return Authorization number on the outside of the box will be refused.
Items must be returned new, unused and with all original packaging for full credit (less any shipping and handling charges you paid). You are responsible for any return shipping charges. We recommend that you send your packages UPS insured for the full amount of the purchase. If you need a CALL TAG pick-up we will be happy to arrange one and bill your credit card for the return services. All orders that received free shipping are subject to restocking fee of not less than our standard shipping charges (minimum charge of $8.95). Most items can be returned without a restocking fee, with the following exceptions.

Items sent without a Return Authorization number on the box
**Special Order items may not returned or exchanged. This is usually the case if the order is customized or if you ordered a very large quantity of one item. We will notified you if your order is considered "Special Order".
