Our Green Shipping and Delivery

Most In Stock Orders Ship Within 1 Business Day1

Carbon Neutral Green ShippingOur earth friendly shipping is standard on most items. We use recycled and recyclable paper for filler in our boxes. We do not use Styrofoam peanuts, only cornstarch peanuts, and limit our use of bubble wrap to only the most delicate items. Any bubble wrap packing you find in your order is reused from shipments we receive from suppliers. We do not buy bubble wrap. Shipping is FREE when your order is over $50 and you select ECONOMY SAVER as your shipping method.

All shipping methods are based on the weight, destination and dollar amount of your order when under $50.

Simply add the items to your shopping basket, enter your zip code and click apply to find out exactly what your shipping will be. NO SURPRISES! You'll have the opportunity to change your shipping method, add or remove items from your cart or start completely over.

Processing Time:

In stock orders usually ship within 2 business days excluding holidays. For our current shipping status on shipping, delays, back-orders and ordering deadlines.

Days in Transit:

Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and shipping carrier holidays. Number of business days needed from the shipping date to arrive at the destination from our shipping facility. For example, 3 transit days means if a package ships on a Monday it will arrive on a Thursday (3 transit days). The day the order leaves our warehouse is not counted as a transit day. Keep in mind that USPS does not offer guarantees on ground or priority shipping, so we cannot guarantee specific delivery days if you select our Economy Saver or USPS Priority Mail shipping methods.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to all 50 states, and Canada. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories.

Shipping and Processing Charges:

These charges include the costs to pack your order, process it and ship it to your address. To simplify, we have organized these charges by the dollar amount of your order. These charges apply per individual address. Please note that heavy or oversized products may require an extra shipping charge due to their weight or size. We will contact you via email if these additional charges apply BEFORE processing your order. Please check your shipping addresses carefully. There may be additional charges to reship or redirect packages if you provide an incomplete or inaccurate shipping address.

Alaska and Hawaii: Select USPS Priority Mail for best rates on shipping to AK and HI. Delivery times are not guaranteed using Priority Mail. Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days, but we've seen it take much longer in some cases.
International orders: At this time, we only ship outside the USA to Canada.
* valid on orders that are in stock in our warehouse only at the time the order is placed. Excludes Music of the Spheres Wind Chimes which require additional time to ship. After Dec 9th, delivery by Christmas of wind chimes is possible, but not guaranteed. Contact us if you have a specific request or need an order expedited.

What if my package arrives late?

We guarantee delivery per UPS posted terms and conditions. There are no refunds on shipping for delays resulting from weather conditions or transportation network disruptions. Visit our Returns and Exchanges Page for complete details.
